US EPA Region 9 EDP Format

1. Download and install the EQuIS Data Processor (EDP). Note: If you already have installed a current version of EDP, you can just download the EDP Format File.
2. Once EDP has been installed, download the EDP Format File and double-click the self-extracting .exe file. Extract the files to the EPA R9 EQuIS Format directory (by default, located at C:\EarthSoft\EQuIS\Formats\EPAR9). If this directory does not exist, you may have to create it.
3. Click the EPA Region 9 Reference Values link above to download the updated reference values file.
4. Save the *.rvf file into your C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS\Formats folder overwriting the former EPAR9 *.rvf file.

How to determine if you already have the .NET Framework version 4.0

You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework 4.0 installed by clicking Start on your Windows desktop, selecting Control Panel, and then double-clicking Add or Remove Programs. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 listed, the latest version is already installed and you do not need to install it again.
