As a member of the EarthSoft Account Management Group, you will manage assigned existing client accounts to assess and maintain client satisfaction as well as long term account sustainability as a client in
good standing. 

The ultimate goal of successful Project Management is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects and is responsible for coordinating deadlines, assigning tasks and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.

You will be providing Tier 1 support for our many software clients. This support will be provided via email, telephone, and/or remote conferencing tools. You will be asked to use cloud-based software tools for project management, case tracking, and communications with a remote team of professionals for resolution.

You will work closely with other developers, client managers, and support technicians to maintain, develop, and support the most widely used environmental data management system in the world. You will be involved in client-driven, agile development using Microsoft .NET technologies as well as HTML/Javascript/CSS. Occasional travel may be required as you assist with the development and deployment of the system.
