Description
EarthSoft is looking for a Technical Demonstration Associate to cover the Australian and Asian regions. The perfect candidate is charismatic, familiar with EQuIS products, and possesses impressive software demonstration skills with which they will show off EQuIS to perspective clients.
EarthSoft’s EQuIS is an advanced environmental and geotechnical data management and decision support system. Government, industry, laboratories, and consulting organizations in over 60 countries use EQuIS to manage and protect their data assets. EQuIS handles a wide range of data types, covering chemistry, biology, geology, geotechnical data, limnology, water quality, air quality, soil composition, sediment analysis, noise levels, radiological measurements, waste metrics, and associated compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell EQuIS software to current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Sales reps to design and deliver engaging, workflow-focused EQuIS product demos to current and prospective clients.
- Support EQuIS product pilots for current and prospective clients (e.g., Enterprise dashboards design, data migration, Collect form creation, report creation, etc.).
- Play a key role in responding to RFPs from Industry and Government.
- Keep all demo environments up-to-date with the most recent EQuIS builds.
- Expand the Sales demo sites to incorporate new data types, workflows, disciplines, industry trends, etc.
- Maintain currency with changes to EarthSoft products.
- Travel as needed.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- General knowledge of the environmental and/or geotechnical industries
- A minimum intermediate proficiency with all EQuIS products (e.g., Enterprise, Professional, Collect, SPM, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong software application aptitude
- Ability to work within complex network configurations
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable and confident presentation skills
- Collaborative and coachable mindset
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
