Description
EarthSoft is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a consultant position in Eastern Australia with an understanding of environmental industry concepts.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell EQuIS software/services to prospective accounts
- Build pipeline through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting into assigned verticals (e.g. Industry, Government, Consulting)
- Apply consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities through the pipeline
- Design and deliver high-quality presentations and product demos to multi-stakeholder, cross-functional buying committees over 6 to 18-month sales cycle
- Leverage EarthSoft’s Business Partner network to develop new opportunities and drive revenue growth for current and prospective accounts
- Coordinate the development and delivery of proposals in response to RFPs
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends
- Track sales activities in the CRM
- Forecasting and pipeline management
- Attend conferences as requested
- Travel as needed
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Requirements
- General knowledge of the environmental and/or geotechnical industries
- Experience with writing large proposals in response to Government and Industry RFPs
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- A results-driven operating style
- Collaborative and coachable mindset
