PENSACOLA, Fla., July 1, 2026 —
EarthSoft, Inc., a global leader in environmental data management software, and the only integrated geotechnical and environmental system, today announced that Emily Doughty has been named President of EarthSoft.
Doughty has served EarthSoft since 2008 and most recently held the role of Vice President and head of the Solutions Department. In her expanded leadership role, she will help guide EarthSoft’s operations, client delivery, and continued growth as the company supports a very large client base of government agencies, industrial organizations, laboratories, and consultants using EQuIS as a major system of record for environmental data.

Doughty’s background includes environmental science, ecological engineering, wetland restoration, site monitoring, and sustainability practices. At EarthSoft, she has helped lead EQuIS Solutions, user engagement and training programs, Product Advisory Forums, and major client delivery initiatives across public- and private-sector environmental programs. She has a BS in Environmental Science from University of Oregon, an MS in Biological and Ecological Engineering from Oregon State and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
