EarthSoft Announces German Reseller
March 1, 2009 – EarthSoft today announced Envisoft has agreed to resell EQuIS software in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. EarthSoft will provide a German version of EQuIS in 2009 and will support Envisoft training, sales and marketing efforts.
EarthSoft’s EQuIS is the most widely used environmental data management software in the world. Many government agencies, industrials, and consultants use EQuIS for groundwater, surface water, limnology, eco-risk, and other sample data. EQuIS improves environmental data quality significantly, with Total Quality Management techniques applied to workflow. EQuIS supports the Triad process by enforcing good process and data transactions from field to lab to consultant.
EarthSoft EQuIS Data Processor (EDP) and Enterprise EDP provide closed-loop workflow for the checking, delivery, and receipt of electronic data deliverables (EDDs). Over 400 labs world-wide already have EDP, and several US EPA Regions and states distribute EDP at no charge to their labs. Enterprise EDP provides a web dashboard for automated workflow. Enterprise EDP is for those organizations that process many EDDs every month and want to check the EDDs for security and correctness, minimizing the human involvement.
EQuIS for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server are advanced modules for decision support and data analysis. EQuIS for ArcGIS supports query building and creation of “spider diagrams” with advanced labeling of maps. EQuIS for ArcGIS has interfaces to many of the commonly used environmental graphics tools.
EarthSoft’s EZView and Environmental Information Agents (EIAs) offer easy web interfaces for building new reports, serving up existing reports, and pushing these reports via email when date or data-driven triggers are tripped. This Build – Serve – Push workflow automation enables organizations to generate and deliver far more reports and graphics than previously possible.
EarthSoft Sample Planning Module (SPM) prints Chain of Custodies and Bottle Labels and generates a Completeness Checker. Intelligent Data Entry Forms (IDEFs) can then be populated for better field data collection.
